How To Read Flash SPD Android pac file? (please read the phone partion)
most of spd cpu android shows this error in volcano . please read the phone partion
in this condition u need to wite pac file firmware by research download tool
How To Read Flash SPD Android pac file?
1.Mobile On Condition.
2.USB Debug Mode Enabled.
3.Minimum 2Gb Memory Card Inserted into Phone With 32 BIT Formatte.
4.Now Connect To Pc Port.
5.Open Volcano Box Software.
6.Go to SPD Tab.
7.Select 6820/8810.
8.Select One-Key Root.
9.Select Backup Flash from Option.
10. Untick Auto-Detect Pinouts.
11.Click on Run.
12.Mobile will Detect Phone on ADB.
13. Some Times After Volcano Box Software Ask Where Save File.
14.Make Flash File Path.
15.Some Times After Mobile Read Done
now u can write this file by offical tool like research download

How to unlock e1282t by volcano ...
I could successfully read user code of Samsung E1282T by Volcano here is the Manual and screen shot:
E1282T has SC6530 SPD CPU .
1_First go to detect tab of Volcano and connect with Volcano jag cable and select SPD in detect type and detect the phone and keep press Selection or Music button of the phone when pinout found install SPD drivers and set pinout.
2_Now go to SPD tab select SC6530 boot and 115200 baud rate
3_Reset Pinout and press selection button of the phone when pinout set tick on Read Flash when reading flash finish Volcano will give this Error and wont show to save the filebut file would have been saved in VOLCANO folder
4_Now tick on Unlock code and select read file and run 2 time and you will see your E1282T user code but dont forget to press RUN towice

1280 ringer buzzer solution
Instructions on Repairing Nokia 1280 or 103 Can't Loudspeakers
- Check the Speaker (if this was damaged please replace)
- Check the line (if it broke please make jumper as shown above)
- Check the IC (you can remove)
- If steps 1 through 3 are all in good condition. The possibility of the software that has been damaged. if the software that is damaged please you try to reset the phone nokia 1280 or 103 back to factory settings by the default code 12345.
- If step 1 through 4 does not work then you have to upgrade the phone software. to do this you have to have a box in which to re-flash your phone and you must be have firmware RM-647.
